Terms of Service
The rules for your account, the services you use, and the work you build with Dreamtune.
Using Dreamtune
These terms govern your use of Dreamtune's website, workspace, API, developer tools, and available model, tool, and compute services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Dreamtune for an organization, you must have authority to act for it and to authorize its use of the service.
Accounts and API keys
Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials and API keys. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account or workspace, including actions taken by your agents and integrations.
Workspace administrators manage membership and permissions. Grant only the access needed, revoke unused or compromised keys, and notify the Dreamtune team if you suspect unauthorized access. Key limits and wallet admission checks do not guarantee a fixed maximum cost for an individual request.
Services and availability
Features are available only when enabled and accessible in your account. Catalog listings do not guarantee current capacity, provider availability, execution access, or future delivery of a feature. Managed agent execution and the credit marketplace remain in development.
Providers, models, rates, capacity, and supported features may change. Maintenance, errors, capacity limits, or provider interruptions can affect availability. A service-level commitment applies only if separately agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
Use Dreamtune only for lawful purposes and within the permissions of your account, organization, and selected providers. You must not:
- Access another user's workspace, information, or resources without permission, or bypass authentication, rate limits, spending controls, or other safeguards.
- Submit content you have no right to use, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, or use the service for fraud, harassment, exploitation, or other unlawful activity.
- Distribute malware, disrupt the service, or use tools and agents to take actions you are not authorized to perform.
- Resell credentials or represent an unavailable marketplace, provider transfer, or service as approved by Dreamtune.
Your content and AI results
You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. You authorize Dreamtune and the providers needed for your request to process those inputs and deliver results. You are responsible for having the necessary rights, permissions, and consents.
AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to results supplied to other users. Review them before relying on, publishing, or acting on them. Rights in outputs depend on applicable law and the selected provider's terms; Dreamtune does not guarantee exclusive ownership or freedom from third-party claims.
Dreamtune's branding, website, and service software remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of them.
Credits, payments, and usage
Where paid services are enabled, you fund a workspace wallet through the available payment flow. Wallet credit is recorded after the payment is verified as captured. A checkout callback alone is not confirmation that credit has been added.
Successful model and tool requests are charged for completed usage at the applicable service rates. A separately disclosed platform fee applies when adding wallet credit and does not increase the credit issued. Payment gateway fees may also apply. Failed or undelivered model and tool results do not create a customer usage debit. A successful request can make the wallet balance or a key's remaining budget negative; you must restore a positive balance and available budget before starting another operation.
Compute is billed for consumed minutes using the applicable hourly rate. It continues until stopped or credit exhaustion triggers termination. You are responsible for stopping resources you no longer need and saving your work before termination. Topping up first offsets any negative balance.
Wallet credits are service credit. They do not enable cash withdrawals or credit transfers through the planned marketplace. Contact the Dreamtune team about incorrect charges, failed top-ups, or refund requests. Any applicable statutory refund or cancellation rights remain available; these terms do not remove them.
Third-party services
Dreamtune connects to third-party authentication, payment, model, tool, and compute providers. Their applicable terms, acceptable-use rules, and privacy practices also govern your use of their services. You are responsible for reviewing restrictions relevant to your workload.
Requests may send your inputs to the selected provider and its required service partners. For more about this processing, read our Privacy Policy.
Suspension and ending use
We may restrict or suspend access to address a breach of these terms, unauthorized activity, abuse, unpaid charges, security risks, legal requirements, or provider restrictions. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to address it.
You can stop using the service at any time. Stop active compute jobs and revoke unused keys separately; signing out or leaving the website does not stop resources. Ending access does not erase outstanding charges, required financial records, or provider obligations.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose. Maintain your own backups and appropriate human review for consequential decisions or agent actions.
To the extent permitted by law, Dreamtune is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will give notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Contact the Dreamtune team about these terms, account issues, or billing concerns. Include the relevant workspace or request identifier, and never send passwords, card details, or API secrets.
